Under his guidance variance firms have been established in locations like Lakhimpur , Sitapur , Banaras in Uttar Pradesh and Dhrangadhra/Ahemdabad in Gujarat. These firms have spread in areas of salt manufacturing , transport , import and export , fertilizers , cement , FMCG , real estate ,petroleum and automobiles.

After being incorporated in 1907 by Late Shri Gajanand (Son of Late Shri Mosaram ji ) and various gradual successions , Mr. Sanjay Agarwal ( Great grandson of Late Shri Mosaram ji) and his son Mr.Naman Agarwal (M.Sc in Finance) and Daughter-in-law Mrs.Neha Agarwal ( MFM from NIFT) presently manage Mosaram Shivramdas , Sitapur and Lucknow.
